review: the cries of vampira: the horror of gaad grey, the evil alpha werewolf - volume 1 by Sean H. Robertson

We are going to have peace even if we have to fight for it. - Dwight D. Eisenhower

Vampira, Scotland. triplets Princess Kristin, Princess Kylie and Prince Kolbe were born to the royal vampire Robertson Clan Donnachaidh the night their father King George and uncle Prince Shannon were killed by a horde of Grey Wolves. the assault was  led by Gaal Grey and his wife Gomer. both were killed too and Gaad Grey, their son was left orphaned. he vowed to avenge his parents' death and to decimate all the vampires and humans that dare cross his path.
Sean H. Robertson's book is a fast-paced read. i really enjoyed this first volume and look forward to the next. it focuses on the triplets attempts at putting an end to a centuries-old war and securing lasting peace among the vampire, werewolf and human species. revenge, loyalty, betrayal, honor, sacrifice and family dynamics are also part of the whole story.
the graphic descriptions of slayings and torture though are not for everyone and i caution those readers who may be squeamish and/or faint-hearted.
however, if one strips the gore and bloodbath away, he is still left with a story that is filled with suspense, dark horror, romance and drama. The Cries of Vampira: The Horror of Gaad Grey, The Evil Alpha Werewolf - Volume 1 is available at Amazon.
